All United Kingdom full price footwear and handbag orders are delivered FREE of charge. 

When products from our Leather Care range are purchased on their own there will be a £1.99 delivery charge.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, "DPD" Partners to "Interlink" or DHL.

Orders of more than one pair may be sent separately depending on the location they're being sent from. 

We do our very best to dispatch orders received before 1pm the same day. During busy periods as well as during Sale and Black Friday this may not always be possible, however be assured we will send your order as soon as possible. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday, and in the case of a Bank Holiday orders will be sent the day after the bank holiday. Our Couriers do not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. 

Please note that we cannot deliver to either PO boxes, PARCEL MOTEL, or other such holding companies. 

Once your package is out for delivery you will receive either a text or email from our Courier confirming the dispatch of your order.

You may add specific delivery instructions at check-out, however if requesting that the parcel left in a safe place please ensure that it is a safe place. 

Unfortunately some couriers do not deliver British Armed Forces bases.

Please note you will have the option to create an account during the checkout process. 

Regarding sale items a delivery charge of £3.50 per pair/ item is applied to all sale orders. 

Channel Islands

Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are part of the British Isles. England, Scotland and Wales make up Great Britain, while the United Kingdom includes Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Jersey is a British Crown Dependency

International Delivery

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers International Delivery in many parts of the World. 

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, "DPD" Partners to "Interlink" or DHL.

Where DPD or Interlink do not operate a trusted third party delivery company will become responsible for the delivery of your order.

Orders of more than one pair may be sent separately depending on where they are being sent from. 

To check delivery costs to your country add your chosen items to your shopping basket. Our system will calculate your delivery cost for you before you confirm your purchase. 

IMPORTANT: You must select your country on the shopping basket page or your payment may be rejected. Click on the drop down menu on the shopping basket page.
For certain countries the shipping cost is the same for more than one pair. (up to 3 pairs)

Import Clearance Duties. 

Please note for NON UK orders, now including the EU you WILL have to pay Import clearance duties. As the purchaser you are responsible for paying this cost as well as any handling fees incurred by the courier company responsible for delivering your order. We would advise that you research what these costs might be before ordering. 

In the event of the order being refused for delivery, and the import duties not being paid resulting in the order being returned to us, the return charge will be removed from your refund. This can be up to 75% of the original value of the order and is set by International customs departments.

When ordering from the USA please ensure your State is represented in the delivery address in abbreviated capital letters. For example NY representing New York.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 11am the same day. Orders received after 11am  will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Once your parcel has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming that your order is on its way. 

For Countries within the EU our aim is to get your package to you within 5 days. For the rest of the World please allow a little longer.

Please note that DPD/ Interlink cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We do our very best to speed your parcel through customs however please be aware you ARE responsible for import costs which are out of our control. 

Please also note we are unable to ship our Leather Protection Spray to countries outside the UK.


Availability

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the issue, and your card will be debited or credited depending on the order and unavailable items.

Colours

We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website.

Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a "distressed" finish, which commonly have some variation in production/ colour finishes.
